Review of Members Area relating to Newsletter Options

Time to Explore the URISA-Ontario "Members Only Area"

In the Members Area, you will find:
Access to Newsletter Archives and the Ability to Personally Update your Profile:
a) Members can view current and past quarterly editions of the URISA-Ontario newsletters in .pdf format going back to Fall 1997. That's right, 11 years of URISA-Ontario articles can be read online or you may print off a specific page or article for your personal use.

b) For a complete listing of topics from our newsletter Knowledgebase, please visit:
http://www.urisaoc.ca/subPage.asp?id=184

c) If you are interested in any article before 1997, please contact: urisaoc@sympatico.ca and we'll check the URISA-Ontario Library files and send you a copy of the requested article.

d) Please note: The option to receive updates every two weeks is in your profile record. In this record, you may designate that you wish to opt in or out of the distribution list.

If you select the email notification, an email will be sent to you upon the posting of a new Member's Update. With the email notification option turned to "No", no electronic update will be emailed to you. Versions of the current eNews "Member's Update" and past editions are available in the members area where you can view, read, print anytime/anyplace that you wish.

e) Access to the members area is through the home page:
http://www.urisaoc.ca
Select: Members Login located in the top panel.
You must enter your "username" and "password" to access the members area.

f) Changed your mind re your selected newsletter delivery option? That's easy to fix..you can personally change your delivery option in your profile anytime you want. If you decide that you prefer to receive the eNews again, change your option "Yes" and your name will be on the mailing list for the next eBlast.

h) Update "My Profile" area:
This is an area where members can update their own profile information. Changes in this profile will automatically update the database to ensure up-to-date information, minimum data entry, and eliminate duplication. All changes to your contact information should be personally entered by you in your profile record.

Access to the "Members Only" Area will expire if a membership lapses for a defined period of time.

If you are a "Current Member" and experience difficulty logging into the "Members Only" area, please contact: info@urisaoc.ca OR Call
(416) 806-8389.
