Important Note: Username and Password is required to access members only features. If you are a current member, User Name and Password is required to avoid the creation of duplicate records and to facilitate our new service (payment by credit card online). You can log in at any time with your user name and password using the link in the upper right hand corner of the website.

Username: first initial and full last name (John Smith would be jsmith), for example;
Password: the postal code used in your profile record is your initial setup password i.e. L3Y 1X3.
Note: For first time users, there will be a process to change this to your own unique password that you will then use for future visits.

Email changed in the recent past and that has not been updated in your "Profile" record will result in a new "duplicate" record being created. A recent example of this has been the change of some municipalites to the .ca format, dropping the city.on.ca

c) Update "My Account Information":
This is an area where members can update their own profile information. Changes in this profile will automatically update the database to ensure up-to-date information, minimum data entry, and eliminate duplication.

Access to member only features will expire if a membership lapses for a defined period of time.
