Jeff Ham has over 15 years in experience in municipal engineering, digital mapping and GIS projects. In 1999 Jeff made the transition from a predominantly Digital Mapping and Engineering related background to GIS when he became the Manager of Chatham-Kent's AM/FM/GIS Utility project. He then progressed to the position of Manager, Corporate Applications with Chatham-Kent. In 2003 Jeff was employed with the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation, as Manager of GIS, where he led the development of their Strategic Plan for GIS. Beginning this year, Jeff has begun his new position with the City of Kitchener.

Jeff is presently on the Board of Directors for the Urban and Regional Information Systems Association (URISA) Ontario Chapter, and the Association of Ontario Land Surveyors' Professional Integration Committee; both organizations that represent the GIS discipline in Ontario. Jeff holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology & Diploma in Music Industry Arts from Fanshawe College in London.
