EXHIBIT BOOTHS accepted until April 26

Booth registration includes:
• ONE 10’ x 10’ Exhibit Space
• ONE 1500 watt, 120 volt duplex electrical outlet, approx. 12 amps 
• ONE Skirted Table & 2 chairs
• ONE Program Registration (including lunch)
• Inclusion in the Vendor Lightening Round  *New feature*
• ONE Program Speaking opportunity (CLOSED)

$85pp Full Day Registration
$30pp Lunch only for Booth workers

NOTE: Table Top booths do not include electrical connections or speaking opportunities

Exhibit Set-up: 7:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m., Exhibit Teardown: 4:00 p.m.

AUDIO/VISUAL, HIGH SPEED INTERNET and ADDITIONAL ELECTRICAL

Each presentation room is equipped with microphones, an SVGA projector, and a screen, and wireless High Speed Internet Access is available throughout the facility.  For wired Internet, or additional eletrical capabilities at a booth, please contact the AGM Director to arrange for ordering and payment.

ELECTRICAL/MECHANICAL

S-4 is the exclusive supplier for electrical, display, feature, lighting, air, gas, and plumbing.

The hanging of signs or banners, and use of the external electronic message board (pixel board) at the Paramount Conference Centre
MUST be handled through Tony Bianco at S-4.
