Be Spatial’12 Exposition Space
Limited exposition space is available for the Be Spatial'12 event to be held on May 9, 2012 at Black Creek Pioneer Village
We listened to the feedback from those vendors who exhibited at Be Spatial’11 and have addressed as many of your concerns as possible. The exposition space at Black Creek offers the following benefits:
- it is more central – located on the main floor, beside the Bistro, and outside the Plenary Hall, the exposition is an integral part of the overall event, readily visible and accessible throughout the day
- it is more intimate – rather than the formality of a traditional trade show, we have configured the exposition as a Marché, to facilitate both new product offerings and technical discussions around existing solutions
- it is more exclusive – we have reduced the number of booths, so Be Spatial participants will not have their attention diluted by a large number of exposition offering
Expo Layout
Six places (3-8) have been designated for commercial members, while two places (1-2) have been reserved for not-for-profit members. Booth locations are indicated on the layout below:

Each booth will include:
- 6’ table with skirt
- 2 chairs
- 110V AC Power
- Wireless internet connection
- Speaking opportunity
Booths will not include frames or curtains, however, exhibitors are encouraged to bring their own backdrop and/or vertical poster stand, which can be positioned at the rear of the booth space. Backdrops should be no more than 8’ in width, poster stands cannot be positioned ahead of the booth table.
