Alex Miller is founder and President of ESRI Canada Limited, a privately held, Canadian owned company specializing in the design and implementation of geographic information systems for natural resource management, transportation planning and logistics, utility facilities management, demographic analysis and land records administration.

Mr. Miller is active in the Canadian advanced technology sector, and provides leadership in many areas of land and natural resource issues related to the application of information technology through various professional and industry associations. He is currently Chair of the Geomatics Industry Association of Canada, Chair of the Geomatics Canada Advisory Committee and a member of the Federal Ministry of Natural Resources National Advisory Board on Earth Sciences.
